Bridgett serves as a Research Program Coordinator for the REACH Program where she brings 7 years of experience in research coordination and more than a decade in medical office administration and support.
Her prior work includes clinical research coordination for self-sampling versus clinician-sampling screening interventions for human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated disease with a focus on anal cancer. The screening had a focus among sexual and gender minorities, who are at highest risk.
Education
Bridgett earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication with a minor in Women’s Studies from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. She earned her Master of Arts from DePaul University in Chicago, IL with a focus in Health Communication. Her research interests in her undergrad and grad programs included sexual and reproductive healthcare, patient-physician communication, and patient illness narratives.
